Issues on first install_Production Version

When first installing the app from the play store, and opening the app, the following issues were observed:

• The chapter buttons on the home page when clicked open to a blank page with just the blue color header. Subchapter menus don't load
• The chart buttons don't react on click and if they do, they open to a blank page with nothing same as the chapter buttons.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Play store
• Search for Georgia TB Reference Guide
• Click Install
• Open the app
• Tap on different home screen buttons.

Note: The issue seems to be resolved when closing the app and opening it again or leaving it open for a few minutes. The issue also sometimes comes occurs and other times doesn't.

We identified this issue and resolved it during the testing session for version 2.0, but it seems like it's still happening.

The root cause was a race condition between database seeding and UI rendering during the first launch of the app. When the app was installed and opened for the first time, the system would begin purging and reseeding the database. However, users were still able to navigate to different screens before this process completed. As a result, pages that depended on the database (such as chapters and charts) sometimes opened before the data was available, leading to blank screens with only the header visible.

To fix this, the initialization process was updated so that the app tracks when database seeding starts and when it finishes. While the seeding process is running, a loading indicator remains visible, the main content stays hidden, and navigation is temporarily disabled.

Once the seeding process is fully complete, the app re-enables navigation and loads the main content, ensuring all required data is available before users access other screens. This prevents the blank page issue that occurred on first install.
