storage_finder uses python 3.12 functionality

This can be circumvented by setting the config.yml manually:

client_path: C:/your/path/to/DDNet.exe
data_path: C:/your/path/to/data
version: 1.0.0

This oversight happened due to configs already being set when testing manually. What happened to the deployment test?
