Subject: [PATCH] docs: live repo tracker badges in the README

Bring the README badge row up to the full set used on deemix-remastered: release,
downloads, stars, CI, last commit, stack, license and platforms, every one of them
live from shields.io or GitHub Actions rather than typed in. Static stack versions
that had drifted from package.json now read from it.
