Polygon Overlays

Hi, Thank you for the excellent library.
I was wondering if it is possible to add polygon overlays (eg. counties, districts) under the flow lines along with or instead of the mapbox basemaps?

Hi, not at the moment, but if you need it right now and you are ok with installing a package from github and getting only static flow arrows (like here), you can use my code here and visualise as many layers (and in whatever order) as you need with {mapgl}, or {leaflet}, or {leafgl}.

Hi, Thank you very much for your code, I will use it to make static flow maps. Is it in the plan to develop such in the package itself? I think it will be useful.

I'm not sure about the plans, it's up to @ilyabo if he chooses to invest any more time in it. I only fixed a few quirks with the package, added docs and put it on CRAN.
