Couldn't open cc.mallet.util.MalletLogger resources/logging.properties file.
Perhaps the 'resources' directories weren't copied into the 'class' directory.

we should make this go away (maybe we can add a default logging properties file
to the generated jar that will be used by mallet or have some other way to not make it
look for this by setting up mallet logging in the wrapper?)
