chore(dump): refresh static API for the 170 resolved brand-prefix conflicts
Regenerates site/public/v1 from the current data with no re-scrape (python -m app.dump). Removes the 170 deleted twin slugs and reconciles score percentiles. `app.validate` passes on the dumped tree.
