Add a configuration option to show just thumbnails without playback

Back in the day, video quicklook show thumbnail sampling instead of playback. I'd like to have an option to have this back if I'd like to.

I can't make an option because of the way that macOS extensions work - they're very role-specific.

I could instead add a "Quick Action" to Finder's right-click context menu for video files that would show the contact sheet. And you could assign a hotkey to it e.g. ⌥ Space. Would that work?
