I had the same issue on Android with Clash Meta for Android.

What worked for me was:

1. Keep the same proxy node and route unchanged.
2. Open the ChatGPT website in the mobile browser and refresh the page. The website works normally.
3. Force stop the ChatGPT app.
4. Clear the ChatGPT app cache.
5. Open the app again. After that, it works normally.

During the whole process, I did not restart Clash Meta, reconnect the proxy, change the node, or change the exit IP.

Just sharing a workaround that worked in my case. I'm not sure about the exact cause.
