Send message to specific language not work

I do not know if it proble with your plugon or with Firebase Service.
But I try to send notification to all android devices which their language is English, but no one received it.
Any help?

I tried using the demo app from this repository and the Firebase console (https://console.firebase.google.com/) and the notification was successfully received by the device:

perhaps the problem is in the way you send them. can you give more details about your configuration?
