Document the ServiceAccess branch: components, the lambda-sweep method, and the September 2026 pharmacy results
The wiki described the March 2026 school procedure and named scripts that no
longer exist (greedy-nn.jl, lp-greedy.jl, mip.jl). Three new pages cover the
pharmacy work on the ServiceAccess branch: the components and data flow, the
method (soft-coverage UFLP, warm-started lambda-sweep, multistart rounding,
S1/S2/S3, scope rules, choice set, aggregation and metrics, the dropped cap
ladder), and the headline results from doc/lambda_sweep5.pptx with the
frontier charts under images/. Home now indexes both lines of work; the
school page keeps its formulation with a status banner mapping the old
script names to lp.jl/greedy.jl via run_scenario; the Julia page's broken
Service-Allocation link and mip.jl example are replaced.
