The beta request form now states that submitting accepts the Terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy covers: what is collected (beta requests, accounts and SSO profiles, billing via Stripe without card numbers, hosted-service content, usage records, security/audit logs, API key hashes, licence checks, website requests), purposes with GDPR legal bases, processors, health data (HIPAA-aligned, not certified; no PHI on hosted services without a BAA), retention, security, rights (incl. California), transfers, children, cookies and changes. No content is used to train models and no personal information is sold. Terms of Service covers: agreement and authority, beta and trials, accounts and API keys, acceptable use, research use only, usage-based fees via Stripe, customer content, third-party data licences, IP, termination, disclaimers, liability cap, indemnity, governing law and general terms.
