Rename resource sections and add Member Directory

Renames on the Resources catalog (/resources/) and each section's
own page — URLs and content are unchanged:

- Software -> Software & Tools
- SaaS & DBaaS -> SaaS & Cloud Solutions
- Professional Services -> Services
- Training & Courses -> Training & Education
- Books -> Books & Publications
- Events & Conferences -> Events
- Community -> unchanged

Press & News is hidden from the /resources/ hub grid (still reachable
directly at /resources/press/ and via the footer).

Adds a new Member Directory section at /member-directory/, currently
an empty placeholder.

Hub card order is now driven by a weight field instead of alphabetical
title sort:
Software & Tools, SaaS & Cloud Solutions, Services, Training &
Education, Books & Publications, Events, Community, Member Directory.
