Datenschutz stands on its own and can be indexed

It referenced the unfinished Impressum for the controller's name, which would
have put a placeholder into the search index. It now names the provider as the
one given in the Impressum, so the page is complete on its own — indexable, and
back in the sitemap. Only the Impressum stays a marked draft.
