I installed the latest vimproc (commit 03a38f283ca9e15784e8fea84e8afc5d633b9639, soon after the 9.3 release) and build the cygwin DLL. However, when I try to launch :VimShell, vimshell complains:
Error occurred while loading vimproc.
Please install vimproc Ver.6.0 or above.
Any idea why vimshell is unable to see that vimproc 9.3 is installed?
I'm using gVim 8 on Windows 10 Pro.
I tried :VimShell from vim in Command Prompt, PowerShell, and Git Bash, with the same behavior in all environments.
