No mention of pkg_resources in README

When running a SolidPython project after installing it gives this error (assuming you have the latest version of setuptools):

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'

It would be nice to have some sort of mention of it on the README and possibly some explanation of how to fix it.

solid2 seems to be fine:
