min_impurity_split parameter deprecated

Hi,

Thanks for the implementation of the LLF algorithm. The **min_impurity_split** parameter has been deprecated from RandomForestRegressor, therefore the LocalLinearForestRegressor module doesn't work now.

By the way, is it normal that this implementation is very slow? It took me over 2 hours to complete a 5-fold cross validation
