Feature Request: Support AltGraph modifier key

I would like to have added support for the AltGraph key as a proper modifier key, as it currently requires manually checking if the key is held down, which can be accomplished using e.g. injectKeyHold('AltGraph' as IndividualKey) in Angular, and disabling hotkeys that could create conflicts while it is true.

On Windows and Linux, Ctrl and Alt hotkeys don't fire while AltGr is held. That has been true since #151 (@tanstack/hotkeys 0.9.0). Since #177 (@tanstack/hotkeys 0.12.1, @tanstack/angular-hotkeys 0.14.1), a character typed with AltGr also no longer matches through its physical key. For example, AltGr+M typing µ doesn't fire M or [KeyM]. That should cover the conflicts you were turning off by hand with injectKeyHold('AltGraph').

AltGr still can't be part of a hotkey, such as AltGraph+K. Do you need that too? If so, which shortcut, and on which layout?

@KevinVandy its on a Nordic keyboard layout, and it is still a problem with keys where holding down AltGraph does not cause a different character to be typed, like AltGraph+F currently still triggers a shortcut only defined as F, hence the workaround to disable it manually.

And yes we do also have hotkeys where we use AltGraph as a modifier key, e.g. AltGr+home and AltGr+end, although it is to be backwards compatible.

Although, I don't know about supporting AltGraph+ keyboard shortcuts explicitly at the type level. The problems I see when looking into supporting that is that it works so differently on Windows, Linux, and Mac. And at least on Windows, AltGraph seems to sometimes convert to Control+Alt anyway (though depends on which browser), which we will support in this PR at least.

Would love to hear any differing opinions on this though.

I think the approach you have chosen makes a lot of sense, in the web application we maintain AltGr and control+alt are used interchangeably, so if we can just make a control+alt hotkey that also triggers when using AltGr then that's perfect for our use case.
