NextTraceroute doesn't work with TrackerControl

Do you use TrackerControl from Google Play/F-Droid/other?

Describe the bug

When I use NextTraceroute from F-Droid while TrackerControl is anbled, then NextTraceroute just doesn't work at all. I assume that NT is using ICMP to do classic tracerouting.

There is no trace inside TrackerControl that would indicate to me that TrackerControl is blocking or interfering with NextTraceroute either.

Also haven't seen any mention of TC possibly interfering with traceroute in the TC apk description or when starting TC or anywhere where I looked.

To Reproduce

• disable TC
• start NT
• traceroute 1.1.1.1
• works
• activate TC
• start NT
• traceroute 1.1.1.1
• doesn't work

If I remember correctly, ICMP can't be routed with Android VPNs at all.
