Issues live in ECO now, and the Feature field is on no ECO screen and set by zero issues, so each query matched nothing. Nothing would have failed loudly. The `## v5.1.0` section's three directives would simply have rendered empty on the published page, and a release whose Fixed Issues list is blank looks like a release that fixed nothing. Verified against the live tracker: the corrected `-fixed` query returns ECO-1078, whose release note is published with ReleaseNotesStatus = Publish.
