Sorry for the very slow reply here. There's no "Save & New" button, and I don't plan to add one to the prompt itself. It's the same prompt every
module.exports = async ({ quickAddApi }) => {
// Re-opens the capture after every entry. Press Esc (or Cancel) to stop.
while (true) await quickAddApi.executeChoice("Add to inbox");
};
Then it's type, Enter, type, Enter... Each Enter saves and immediately opens a fresh prompt. Escape ends the session, and nothing is written for the prompt you cancelled. One heads-up: while testing this I noticed that on current versions every re-opened prompt comes pre-filled with the entry you just saved. It's selected, so typing over it works. The last entry also stays pre-filled the next time you run the capture. The fix is in #1853. On renaming "Ok" to "Save": the button labels aren't configurable, sorry. |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
I wish there was a third button in the capture modal--"New"--that would act as "Ok" (save) and bring up a new modal. This would allow for rapid brain dumping. A quick mock-up:
Although, looking at it now, I'd like the new button to be sandwiched between "Cancel" and "Ok" instead.
Is there a way to achieve this?
P.S. I'd also like to rename the "Ok" button to "Save" but this is less important.
