fix(init): keep the trailing newline on files clerk init edits - #599
clerk init left the files it edited without a trailing newline, so users saw "No newline at end of file" in git diff right after setup. magicast's printer drops the source's final line break, and every AST edit went through it.
Changes
New printModule helper prints a magicast module and puts back the source's trailing line break, LF or CRLF. A source that had none stays that way.
It replaces all six generate() calls: safeAddImport, which every framework uses for imports, plus the Astro, Nuxt, and React Router config edits.
The Next.js --starter test had pinned the missing newline in its expected layout.tsx. It now expects one.
There's a patch changeset.

DOCS-12354. The ticket scopes this to --starter, but plain clerk init had it too.
magicast's printer drops the source's final line break, so every file
clerk init rewrote through it lost its trailing newline: the Next.js
layout, and the Astro, Nuxt, and React Router configs. A new
printModule helper puts the source's line break back, LF or CRLF.

Walkthrough
The new printModule function preserves an input module’s trailing LF or CRLF when generated output lacks a newline. It leaves output without a trailing newline when the source has none. safeAddImport and Astro, Nuxt, and React Router scaffold edits now use this printer. Tests cover newline handling and update scaffold expectations. A changeset declares a clerk patch release.
clerk/cli#567: Adds Next.js starter header and import edits using safeAddImport, which this PR updates to use printModule.

magicast joins lines with the host's EOL, so a CRLF file edited on
macOS or Linux came back with LF lines and a CRLF ending. Pass the
source's first line terminator to generate().

Preserve CRLF in React Router root edits.
scaffoldRoot edits an existing root file when ClerkProvider is absent. addMiddlewareExport then inserts LF-only text, and addLoaderExport does the same when the root has no loader. If safeAddImport takes its fallback, it also inserts an LF-only separator. A CRLF root file therefore receives mixed line endings.
Use the source file's detected line terminator for the fallback and both root export snippets. This is separate from the config-file fallback.

CodeRabbit's outside-diff React Router finding gets the same answer: addMiddlewareExport and addLoaderExport inserted LF into CRLF roots before this PR, and this PR doesn't change them. That one stays out of scope here.
