This would be important for ce-dev as well, essentially we want a role that can: * Duplicate a database * Iterate of a list of `tablename.fieldname` fields to sanitise * Randomise/anonymise the data in those fields * Provide the sanitised database (download or sync to stage) * Delete the duplicate database
