RFCs

Every major API starts here.

No major public API merges without an accepted RFC.

Process

1. Copy 0000-template.md
2. Open a PR titled rfc: <title> (or a Discussion in the RFC category, then a PR)
3. Iterate in public
4. A maintainer marks it Accepted or Rejected
5. Implementation PRs link back to the RFC

When you need an RFC

• New exported concept or package
• Changes to Runtime, Context, EventBus, Scheduler, or Plugin contract
• Anything that would force a major version bump after 1.0
• Multi-package behavior changes

When you do not

• Docs, examples, tests
• Bug fixes that preserve behavior
• Internal refactors with no public surface change
