Still maintained / alive in 2023?

Hi guys, I've seen someone asking this back when Tictail was acquired by Shopify and the intention you had to keep the project alive. However, there are some PRs hanging around, so I'm wondering if this is still alive? Can we use the Code In The Dark name for our events? We are planning to organize one in Barcelona and we would like to comply with your license before using the logo or name.

I would also like to inquire about the current state of the project. I recently rewrote the editor in React (https://github.com/vLX42/code-in-the-dark) and have been contemplating the idea of implementing a more robust backend. However, I am hesitant to invest time in this endeavor if the project is considered defunct or inactive.
