We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in this community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.
Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment include:
- demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people;
- respecting differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences;
- giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback;
- accepting responsibility and apologizing to those affected by mistakes, and learning from the experience; and
- focusing on what is best for the community as a whole.
Examples of unacceptable behavior include:
- sexualized language or imagery and sexual attention or advances;
- trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks;
- public or private harassment;
- publishing another person's private information without explicit permission; and
- other conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.
Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying and enforcing acceptable behavior and may take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to behavior they consider inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
Maintainers may remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, documentation, issues, and other contributions that do not align with this Code of Conduct. They will communicate reasons for moderation decisions when appropriate.
This Code of Conduct applies within project spaces and when an individual is officially representing the project in public spaces.
Report conduct concerns privately to support@cometapi.com. Do not put
sensitive personal details in a public issue.
All reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly to the extent possible. Maintainers must respect the privacy and security of reporters.
Maintainers will use these community impact guidelines when deciding consequences:
- Correction: A private, written warning and clarification of the nature of the violation.
- Warning: A warning with consequences for continued behavior and a specified period in which interaction with the affected people is avoided.
- Temporary ban: A temporary ban from interaction or public communication with the community.
- Permanent ban: Permanent removal from community interaction for a pattern of violations or severe harassment or aggression.
