Other package managers generally show that you can type package-manager install foo etc in the CLI in the project README or website front page.
I can't find any guides for how to install and upgrade 3rd party components (in either the main project repo or the guide repo). This gets in the way of people who want to adopt component as a package manager, as well as for library authors trying to document installation steps for their libraries.
