Subject: [PATCH] Reposition as a migration bridge to Dagger for GitHub

Rename the display name to "Dagger Action" to tell it apart from the
Dagger for GitHub app. Point the README to the app, remove the
dagger/checks note, and fix the "GitHub" spelling in action.yml.
