chore: delete dead Nix copies and repository cruft - #55

Remove code and files that have no importers, callers or references,
found in the Sep 2026 codebase review. Each item was grepped across the
repo (Nix imports, string paths, docs, CI, Justfile, scripts). The
public lib.mkOutputs export and the check-files-drift devshell binary
were also checked against the sibling darkmatter repos; nothing uses
them.
Nix:
- nix/internal/flake/: stale copy of nix/flake/ that nothing imports.
nix/internal/devshell/scripts stays; .stack/modules imports it.
- nix/stackpanel/core/options-core.nix: never imported; a drifted twin
of core/options/core.nix.
- core/lib/evalconfig.nix: drifted twin of the evaluator the Go CLI
embeds (apps/stackpanel-go/pkg/nixeval/eval.nix).
- core/lib/envvars.nix and envvars/: env-var catalog (including
mkGoConstants) that nothing imports. The Go envvars package is the
live registry.
- core/lib/services-default.nix: never imported.
- nix/flake/per-system-outputs.nix and the lib.mkOutputs export it
backed: superseded by nix/flake/per-system/. The only reference was
an invalid README example.
- check-files-drift in files/default.nix: the Go FilesReconciler
(rc_files.go) replaced it; nothing calls or documents it.
- nix/flake/devshells/ (a backwards-compat stub) and nix/NOTES.md
(stale notes): nothing references them.
- The example-monorepo template with tests/test_monorepo.sh (which cds
into a nonexistent alchemy/ dir), and the devenv template. Neither is
exported by exports.nix; nix/flake/README.md already says the devenv
template was removed.
Repository cruft:
- apps/web/.stackpanel/: state, keys and generated files under the
legacy directory name.
- packages/ui/img/: 26 unreferenced PNGs (about 7.6 MB).
- docs/{infra,infradeploy,machines,colmena,sess-infra}.md: about 47k
lines of pasted agent session transcripts (infra.md and
infradeploy.md are identical).
- .omo/: stop tracking it; it is already in .gitignore.
- infra/sst/, sst.config.example.ts and tests/deployment/: orphaned SST
configs.
- .stack/config.example.nix and
apps/stackpanel-go/.stack/config.nix.example: stale snapshots of the
starter config. `stack config generate` and generate-config-example
recreate them on demand.
Update the references to deleted files: the nix/ and nix/flake/
READMEs, core/README.md and its generated core.mdx,
docs/environment-variables.md (the Go package is now the only source,
at its current path), and comments in profile.nix, global-outputs.nix,
aws/default.nix, envvars.go and rc_files.go.
Keep the docker module's images/imagesComputed options. The module
README documents them with a usage example, so removing them is an
option removal for users rather than a local cleanup.
