Look into GitHub Packages

Describe the Improvement:
Should be able to add package to GitHub with each release. These will make it easy to download the finished product.

Should contain:

• Compiled code
• READMEs and build tools (for this repo only?)

Benefits:

• Learn about creating packages on GitHub
• easier to download finished product once there is one

Drawbacks:
None?

How to Compare:
We should be able to add to GitHub packages, ideally with a release, but also maybe other times?

Should we move this to the js project? Where we will have compiled code, right now there are only script files..
