• Allow stock taking on a per-bottle and per-storage-bin level
• Implement formal documentation of stock taking (when + by whom + note if deviation)
• Confirm that bottle is in the cellar and in the correct location
• Remind admin if bottles have not been checked and confirmed within the past 12 months

• Include random sample check or full inventory check
• Must be mobile friendly for use directly in the cellar
