Process documentation: release policy and compatibility

• How to deal with maintaining both exist & fusiondb compatibiity requirements? We need to make sure that both FusionDB and eXist process dual processor dependencies correctly (set in expath-pkg.xmlcorrectly.
• How to determine the semVer of the api package, and when to cut new releases (I would prefer to automate this).
• How to deal with it from within the frontend if Fusion Studio connects to multiple instances with different apis supporting disparate feature sets?
