CLI workflow

For users comfortable with the terminal. All entry points live in scripts/.

Phase 1 — Extract

python scripts/extract.py sample/my_workbook.xlsm
# → extractions/my_workbook_extraction.json

Enrich JSON manually or via web UI (export TBD), then commit locally — do not commit extractions/ to git by default.

Phase 2 — Logic analysis (primary)

python scripts/generate_logic_agent.py extractions/my_workbook_extraction.json
# → specs/my_workbook_LOGIC_ANALYSIS.md      (skeleton)
# → specs/my_workbook_LOGIC_AGENT_PROMPT.md  (instance prompt)

Hand off to Cursor: see cursor.md.

Phase 2b — Functional spec (optional)

python scripts/generate_spec_agent.py extractions/my_workbook_extraction.json
python scripts/generate_spec.py extractions/my_workbook_extraction.json   # requires LLM config

Phase 3+ — Migration

Implement features in src/, tests in tests/. Prioritize using Phase 3 in docs/MIGRATION_GUIDE.md.
