tvOS port of interactive_media_ads. Google ships an IMA SDK for tvOS (both client-side and DAI, via CocoaPods/SPM), but the Flutter plugin currently targets android/ios only. A tvOS implementation means natively wrapping the IMA tvOS SDK, so this is a larger effort than a mechanical federated port.
