Travis CI - Pull Request and coverage/coveralls checks had stalled

In the recent PRs opened, these checks are not running anymore:

If reviving Travis CI or even maintaining it is not the preferred option going forward, we can use GitHub Actions instead. Migrating to GitHub Actions should be straight forward.

@caffalaughrey, what do you think? Should Travis CI be fixed or rather abandoned in favor or GitHub Actions?

EDIT: At https://app.travis-ci.com/github/forcedotcom/SalesforcePy I see this message:

This is not an active repository

You don't have sufficient rights to enable this repo on Travis.
Please contact the admin to enable it or to receive admin rights yourself.

So maybe it's just a matter of enabling this repo on Travis CI...
