- detect/init/plan 仅保留待解析条件
- 执行期经统一 runtime 留证据

   Javadoc 探测补强：明确关闭 `missing` 的 doclint、动态 doclint 与 `failOnError=false` 不再误报注释检查已配置；`check java` 也会反馈同一配置状态。Maven effective model、生命周期执行与其它生态仍缺，5.10 不勾选。
