Description
When you search in Issues or PRs you need to exactly know case for every letter in title, otherwise item will not be found. For some specific names such as "mDNS" or similar it very annoying to search every existing form.
Similar issues:
I can confirm that first letter is case-insensitive, but all other is not.
(Tried to reproduce on demo.gitea.com, but site is loading every page about 10 seconds or more...)
