Feature idea: optional execution timestamp in diffdf report output

May I confirm whether it would be acceptable to add a feature that includes an execution timestamp in the printed difference report?

From the CDISC submission perspective, this is useful because projects typically have multiple milestones and repeated deliveries. The project need an audit trail showing when each delivery-level difference check was run, so the QC evidence is traceable and review-ready for internal governance and potential regulatory inspection context.

Heya, yes I'd be happy for this to be added. Though I wouldn't do so until #98 has been implemented. This is a long standing issue where we want to overhaul how we construct the reports as to make it much easier for users to customize as they see fit.
