Subject: [PATCH] docs: set [project].authors (matches house style used
 elsewhere)

pyproject.toml had authors = [], so PyPI showed no author for the
package. Sets it to Thor Whalen, matching the convention already
used elsewhere in the fleet (e.g. unbox). Cosmetic metadata only,
takes effect on the next publish.
