Develope a simple codegenerator interface which

1. Uses Code-Templates (Code Templates for TProcessor types #64) to
2. generates class files

Usage

Big libraries such as WEKA have a lot of algorithms. To wrap them
manually as Processors is time consuming and always need
adjustments, when a new release is out.
