It now reads `capability-authorization`. The README status section does not render the project name, and `heal:card-status --check` confirms it still matches the card. docs/development.md linked the composition guide on a hardcoded main that project-governance does not serve; it now resolves the served branch through blob/HEAD. Left untouched: docs/portfolio-material.json (sealed owner material), docs/recovered-source/ (the original authz-biscuit documentation retained verbatim as recovered history, REUSE manifest included), and the dated reviewer evidence under evidence/reviews/.
