Uh oh!

The Issue
Right now, when an author pastes an image, it's committed to the repo's images/ root with an auto-generated name like image1.png and no alt text. That's great for speed, but it works against how we organize assets:
A CI check in our PR's enforces all three, so today every pasted image fails our build and must be renamed, moved, and alt-tagged by hand afterward. We've hit this repeatedly.
The Ask
Can we please have an org-level setting that requires people to submit image metadata before the upload completed. When the setting is turned on and someone pastes an image, prompt them (via a modal, before it's uploaded) to set the image's metadata, at minimum:
The goal is to keep pasting low-friction while producing a meaningful, well-placed asset instead of an image.png in the root.
The Benefit
This would remove a recurring round of manual cleanup and let pasted images pass our checks on the first try. Happy to share our repo conventions or hop on a quick call if it helps.
Thanks,
