"Minimize app when Minecraft starts" doesn't actually minimize the app

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

0.18.2

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

Describe the bug

In settings > behavior > startup and navigation > minimize app

Enabling this setting doesn't actually do anything sadly. I love the app though!

Steps to reproduce

Go to settings > behavior > startup and navigation > minimize app
Enable, start Minecraft.

Expected behavior

The app should minimize and not show up on my taskbar

Additional context

The bug was first seen in version 0.10, but it was closed because it was fixed in 0.18, which isn't the case.
