Ninety assertions named strings that had been removed on purpose, and the job never reached them: the gates script exits on the first failing audit, so they had been accumulating unseen. Every one traces to a specific commit: 47 d8cc81c README rewritten around the actual feature set, dropping the delivery-acceptance dump these assertions demanded back 26 4eeeeee compose and the scripts wired to TOML, so no service is handed DATABASE_URL, JWT_SECRET or OPENPR_OBJECT_STORAGE_* any more 5 6639941 mcp-server reads its runtime settings from the configuration file 3 547ee78 connectors retired, taking the automation runbook section with it 7 ad9eafa, 3478d8f, 2c147b1, a543b0a, e46161e, f048374, 9c44853 2 platform config.rs became config/mod.rs None of them was a missing capability. Where the guarantee still exists in another form the assertion now names that form -- services reading a mounted TOML instead of environment variables, nginx resolving through the runtime nameserver, the MCP server rejecting a placeholder token. Where the thing was removed deliberately, the assertion goes with it: the frontend no longer proxies MCP at all, and demanding the README carry content its rewrite removed is an audit arguing with a decision rather than checking one. Two meta-assertions in the source coverage audit required the removed README checks and go too. scripts/ci-universal-forms-gates.sh now passes end to end.
