The shared filter properties priority, windowSize, ignoredFiles, and id are ignored

abstractFilterProperties applies to every filter, but priority, windowSize, ignoredFiles, and the 1.2.0 id label are not read. Filters therefore run in a fixed order and a per-filter allowlist file is ignored.

Acceptance Criteria

• priority orders filter application.
• ignoredFiles loads per-filter allowlist terms from a file.
• windowSize sizes the context window passed to a condition.
• id round-trips and appears in diagnostics.

Closes a gap against the PhiSQL specification. RFC philterd/phisql#18 covers the id label; priority, windowSize, and ignoredFiles predate v1.0 on $defs.abstractFilterProperties.
