Output some attribute values without quote (Xcode 9?)

After editing some of my project with XcodeProjKit,
I see that Xcode 9 remove a lot of quote in project files.

So this leads to useless commit in my source control.

• Find where to remove the useless quote
• Maybe set this optional using a boolean property
