Release a version that supports Python 3.15 #995

Description

@DanielNoord

@DanielNoord Python 3.15 is not out yet, so I don't see how that could be a blocker. I will be looking at making a release sometime in September, and that will include Python 3.15 support. If you want to discuss the matter further, please open a new issue so that the discussion doesn't hijack other threads.

Asked to open a new issue, so here goes :)

Python 3.15 has a release candidate and packages and distributions are trying to test their libraries on Python 3.15.
In the case of pendulum there is a dependency chain of pendulum < pydantic-extra-types < fastapi. fastapi (and pydantic-extra-types) are used very heavily throughout the ecosystem. Not being able to build (and run) their dependencies on 3.15 makes it harder for these packages to start testing whether they are compatible themselves.

With #978 it seems there is a PR ready that could potentially provide the 3.15 support these dependents need :)
