Subject: [PATCH] docs: licence is Apache-2.0, not MIT (RED-1427)

LICENSE and the GitHub licence metadata say Apache-2.0; the README footer
and the goreleaser brew formula still said MIT. The published homebrew-tap
formula regenerates from .goreleaser.yml on the next release.
