Upgrade to run on Java 17 instead of Java 11. This will allow for JGit to be upgraded to a newer version that only runs on Java 17, and should allow for the resolution of #81 and for other library versions to be upgraded as well. I'm hoping it will also allow for upgrades to take place to allow for #104 and #190 to be resolved as well.
