add a style css file

I would like to rice it with a custom css file instead of just the general css gtk theme

Nope no one is currently working on this if you want to contribute u are more than welcome to do that. Ping me or feel free to create a Issue or PR if you need any help :)

How will the contribution work? Will I fork the repo and then make a pull request? Or will I be added as a collaborator to the repo and make a new branch and work on there?

You can just fork the repo and create PR if everything works fine it will be merge into the main branch
