Subject: [PATCH] fix: remove dead atom.xml feed links

Every docs page and the Spin Hub page advertise an Atom feed at /atom.xml,
and the sitemap script excludes an /atom page. No feed has ever existed in
this repo or the fermyon/developer repo it was forked from: /atom.xml is
redirected to /v4/atom.xml, which is a 404. These are leftovers from the
Bartholomew site template.
